Project Schedule and Logistics

Coordinate with Owner to create Site Logistics Plan and Project Baseline Schedule. Work with Owner to implement State and local requirements for City and Environmental Permits, perform monthly Critical Path progress walks, ensure project completion turnover with Owner/Contractor

Owner Coordination and Project Updates

Participate in Owner Cooordination meetings to verify Safety, Schedule, Submittal and Material Procurement, Owner Issues, Etc..

Value Engineering

Work with Owner Consultants for potential Value Engineering oppurtunities

Quality Control

Assist Owner with project specific Quality Control Plan and implemenatation per the contract documents. Also perform constructability review of Envelope and Facade to ensure compatability with manufacturer specification and performance requirements exceeded in place work.

Assist with Project Final Completion and Closeout

Assist Owner with Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Occupancy, Document Closeout , Warranty, Training, Completion List, Punch List, etc...
